Nalepo Community Based Organization have been able to support more than 300 households that benefited directly from the our solar lighting program that aimed to stop deforestation and charcoal burning in the society which has been over the years used as a source of energy. The solar lighting program also aimed to eliminate the use of paraffin and other traditional means of lighting during the night as they are not safe to human health.

Nalepo Community Based Organization has also been able has been able to plant more than 20,000 indigenous trees in Nkasioki Primary school and the community living around to advocate for environmental conservation and climate change mitigation.

Nalepo Community Based Organization has also been able to donate books and other learning materials to Nkasioki Primary School,Semadep Primary among many other schools in order to help students living within the community have adequate learning materials which have seen them improve academically.

Nalepo Community Based Organization has also been able to support over 20 children who come from vulnerable families in the past four years. We have also managed to rescue 6 girls from early marriages and FGM Practice and supported them by taking them to school.

Nalepo Community Based Organization has also been able has been able to organize community dialogues among members to help them preserve and uphold the indigenous Maasai culture and also to adopt a new social lifestyle that will help them.
